Beachbody released this beautiful little promo after their Coach Summit even in Las Vegas last weekend. It's NUTS, I wish this has been available when I started P90X! Never under estimate the power of a photo. I'm so glad I took those day 1 photos and all the progress photos in between because there are days I would never believe how far I've come and what a difference 10lbs can make!
It didn't happen over night, but I've lost 40lbs and over 20inches. (although I'm pretty sure 20lbs of it was off my boobs, ugh!)
Every little bit counts and taking your measurements, your weight, and your photos is SO vital to feeling that gratification we all need :-)
