The time has come my friends! Tomorrow, February 14th, Tropical Strawberry Shakeology will be available! I personally am a huge fan of the chocolate version but for some people the chocolate is too rich, or they don't love chocolate, or they can't tolerate the soy or lactose that is found in the chocolate.
That's what is so exciting about Tropical Strawberry Shakeology! Not only is it low in calories (around 160), but its soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free. The protein in this shake is plant protein! Instead of whey, they've used brown rice protein that, when germinated, is plant, and gluten-free! Woo hoo!! Mad scientists I tell you!
Since I started drinking Shakeology I've felt better, had more energy, less lower stomach discomfort, and dropped 5lbs! The effects are compound, the longer you stick to something the more results you will see and I can't wait to see the results I'll get!
